Please read all terms and conditions
before making reservation.

1. ABSOLUTELY NO alcohol, tobacco or cigarettes are allow by Florida Law in any of the vehicles.
2. No food and beverages are allowed in the vehicles.
3. The company will not transport or carry any mail, packages or boxes that are not accompanied by a passenger.
4. Each passenger is allowed two bags and a small bag that does not exceed traveling standards.
5. In the event that the Stereo System, DVD, VCR and Wi fi malfunction during the service, it will not be grounds for reimbursement.
6. Lexus Tours Inc., will not be responsible for any article or luggage left unattended or forgotten by the passengers. Each bag and luggage will be exclusive responsibility of the passenger.
7. The passenger most read all terms and conditions, itineraries and bus stops before making reservations. Omission to do this will reslit in lack of information and will not be grounds for reimbursements.
8. Reservations can be done at the website up to three hours before the bus departure.
9. Passenger is encouraged to call the company to request bus arrival after 10 minutes of the arrival time. Lack of connection on the first intent will not be grounds for reimbursement or law suites.
10. Children from 1 month to 2 years of age will not pay. Children from 2 years to 9 years of age will be charged 75% of the fee that pays for a seat.
11. The company will not be responsible for unattended children. Accompany adults are fully responsible for the children.
